Cash-Back and Reward Sites Welcome
to the 'Cash-Back and Reward Sites' section of Pete's Paid
Surveys. Cash-Back portals and Reward Sites reward their
members for shopping with particular retailers, using
particular products or for viewing emails and
newsletters. Usually members are rewarded with
cash-back on the purchases they make, and with points
(which can be redeemed for vouchers) for using
particular services and reading emails.

Popular Reward Schemes and Cashback Sites
Strangely, there seem to be more ways to save money during a recession than there are in a boom time. Perhaps
it's those retailers working harder to make us choose to shop with them, or maybe we just need discounts more, so we look a little harder to get them. Right now there are hundreds of ways to save money online and
we're going to tell you about two popular ones: reward schemes and cashback sites.
As well as using discount codes to get money off items during the checkout process, you can also purchase these same items by going through certain other sites to get `cashback` (real money returned to you for doing practically nothing.)
By clicking on links to retailers through cashback sites and making purchases, cashback funds will be accrued in the account you hold with that specific website. On top of that,
you'll also have access to discount vouchers, competitions and other special promotions. Furthermore you can also use any ordinary loyalty cards on top.
Here are our top 10 cashback websites:
1. Top Cashback - gives you 100% of the commission they make on your purchases, making it the top cashback site on our list!
2. Quidco - is another 100% cashback site and one of the longer established ones, however when you make a withdrawal they will pinch £5 off you to keep the site running.
3. Cashback Kings - don't pinch £5 off you but they don't offer you quite 100% cashback either.
4. We Promise To - do pinch £5 off you whenever you make a withdrawal and
don't give you 100% cashback, so you potentially won't save as much with these guys as you would the top 3.
5. Greasy Palm - offer a welcome bonus (£3.50) but don't give you 100% cashback and might charge for withdrawals.
6. Rpoints - pay you £5 for each friend you recommend but doesn't pay out 100% cashback.
7. Give or Take - pays money straight in to your bank account when you've accrued £25 or more and have 700 retailers to choose from but again, less than 100% cashback is offered.
8. Free Fivers - is so called because they offer £5 when you sign up and £5 when you refer a friend. They seem to offer 100% cashback on some deals and not on others and will almost certainly charge for withdrawals, they also pay by cheque in the post.
9. Loyalty Shopper - has a few big names but a lot of less well known companies on offer too and an oddly designed website. A minimum withdrawal of £30 is currently in place and you can make the withdrawal by BACS.
10. My Shopping Rewards - another quirky website with irritating graphics, but it does the trick. It offers £5 when you refer a friend.
Although cashback websites can save you money, remember they
can't `make you money` so don't ever be drawn in to spending more than you normally would just to accrue cashback. |
